My visit was based on an unexpected issue with no sound for radio - phone - directionals while I was driving - called Troy in service - he said bring it in - I did - he fixed the problem and I was happy. Troy and the service dept. have never let me down - they get me in and out very quickly.
John Stauffer did a really good job. After having slight issues with getting the suv I wanted he finally found the one we wanted. He offered us the best deal on our trade in beating out even the big time dealerships. John did great and this is my second time working with him. I look forward to doing business with him again in the future.
I was looking for a certain truck, this dealership did not have what I was looking for, but searched other dealerships and found the truck that I wanted, the color I wanted and the manual transmission that I wanted. Very pleased with the sales associate and the dealership.
This is the second time I had this same issue, according to the diagnostics report from Onstar. The issue so far has been repaired, although I still need to return to the dealership for a NYSI since the code would not clear. In addition, it took them over 10 minutes to find the keys to my vehicle. As a result, I was late for an appointment.
