Communication was good, but when we picked up the car the bill was $150 for a diagnostic check. When my wife questioned the employee he said, "Yeah that is a lot" and went back and changed the price to just a diagnostic fee. If my wife didn't question the bill would she have been overcharged?

The Molye service team and Troy specifically went above and beyond to save my vacation travel plans. My check engine light came on after my AC shut down. I happened to be just down the road and called Troy. He had me come in and said the coolant sensor wasn't working. Even though it was after 4:30 on Friday, Troy found the part and one of his mechanics stayed to install it. My camping reservations with family started the next day up in the ADKs. I am single and have no back up to haul my camping trailer. With my grandchildren scheduled to arrive from out of state to share my trailer, it would have meant them changing or canceling their plans. Kudos to Troy and the Molye service team for making this Grammy one Happy Camper! Sue Miller
We bought a car at Molye several years ago and have been having it serviced there ever since. The staff has been pleasant but there have been a couple of issues, culminating with them assuring my husband that the problem causing the check engine light to come on was a valve and that it was fixed. You can guess how unhappy I am that 3 days after we picked it up the light came back on. I���ve just started a new job making a couple of hundred dollars less per pay period and I can���t afford to get nickel and dime right now.
Rick did a very good job explaining both needed and recommended repairs. The service technician executed the repairs very well and on time. I was pleasantly surprised by the extra effort put into cleaning the engine compartment. It hasn't looked this good in years!
