It was fine, unexceptional. I had an appointment they changed the oil and did my inspection that was out by 3 months. Maybe they could have alerted me at my last oil change I needed an inspection?! That would have been exceptional service.

Called with an electric fan running while truck was not on and cold. Troy squeezed my truck into shop and the tech diagnosed a corroded fuse block shorting out. Gave me a loaner car for over night and I picked up truck next day. Wonderful response to my problem Thanks. GM should of designed fuse block cover with better sealing to prevent this from happening.

Even though it took 4 days to get a simple oil change when the reminder went on. It was still better than going to bob Johnson Chevrolet service department and worry if they wreck my truck and then tell me it was my fault because I left the dealership before I found the damage. Aren't the service department people supposed to look for damage before and after the service and record it?
